Dental implants are titanium posts that are placed in the jawbone that can be used to replace single teeth, support bridges or full arch restorations, or retain dentures.  We work with some excellent oral surgeons and periodontists, who we plan the implant and restorative process out with, to give you the best outcome.  They will complete the surgical phase of treatment and our office will handle the prosthetic or restorative component.  The important thing is that we communicate and plan carefully with the surgical team and use the best implant systems and techniques for you to have predictable results.
