This young girl has many missing and transposed teeth and she is in braces now. We used composite to turn her canine that is in the central incisor position into a central and recontoured her right central incisor into the shape of a lateral incisor, as that is the position it is in. The orthodontist has a pontic that is the same size as the missing central incisor bonded in on an archwire. We are setting her up for conservative prosthetics that can replace her missing teeth until she is old enough to get dental implants. This is going to be a very rewarding case to work on.
